90-30 Series DeviceNet master station module
There are two types of DeviceNet modules for series 90-30 PLCS:
The 90-30 Series DeviceNet Master module (IC693DNM200) serves as the master station of the network. It exchanges data and sends custom messages with up to 63 devices on the network. In DeviceNet networks with higher level computers, the built-in server functions of this module can use automatic data transfer and custom messaging to communicate with the master station.
The Series 90-30 DeviceNet slave module (IC693DNS201) is used as the slave station (slave station) of the network. It can automatically exchange PLC data with the network master station and respond to the customized messages sent by the master station. Both modules can be installed into any rack of the series 90-30PLC, and each module can be a separate node on the DeviceNet network.

Supports all standard DeviceNet communication rates (125k,250k,500k baud rate) up to 255 bytes input /255 bytes output per slave station and up to 3972 bytes input /3972 bytes output per master station.
A disconnected message manager (UCMM) that supports one proxy connection per slave can be configured with one or two IO connections per slave, and the I0 connection per slave can be set to the following modes: timed query, gating, loop, or State Change (COS). Usually one connection is set to time query and the other is set to strobe, loop, or COS.
Update frequency can be set separately for timed query and COS/ cycle devices. Global scan frequency is configurable
PLC- The application is started using the COMMREO command
The status of the communication with the slave station can be found in the PLC fault table (configurable). Provides 64 network device status bits to configure fault actions to take when communication is lost
