These application notes are a guide to applying G123-815
Buffer amplifier. Will they tell you how to install, connect and
Adjust the buffer amplifier. They don’t tell you how to design
Use its closed loop system.
2 Description
The standard interface between the G123-815A001 buffer amplifier is a PLC analog input/output module, on one side and a position sensor and Moog valve on the other. It simplifies the use of PLc in closed position loops. The buffer amplifier solves a common problem in the circuit +10V PLC output is incompatible with wave drive requirements. It also provides the valve with digital noise filtering for the signal and noise filtering of the position sensor signal. For more detailed instructions.
3 Installation
3.1 Location
A horizontal DiN rail, mounted on… Vertical back surface
An industrial steel casing is intended for more and more methods. The G123-815’s derailment card should face forward down, so the front panel and terminal identification are readable, so the internal electronics receive cooling airflow, and an important consideration for placing the module is electromagnetic interference (El) from the other enclosures inside the device. For example, VF and AC servo drives can produce high levels of EMl. Be sure to check electromagnetic compatibility before placing the G123-815A001, please check the compliance of other equipment nearby.
