Product description
The GE power excitation board DS200RTBAG3AEB is an optional board mounted in the drive cabinet with ten relays that can be driven directly from the drawing relay or remotely by the user. The DS200RTBAG3AEB contains 52 connection points that can be used to connect the wires that control the behavior of the relay to the drive through the signal.
If you need to verify that the relay Settings are correct, or if you suspect that there is a problem with the drive or DS200RTBAG3AEB board, you can diagnose it on the drive. You can access the diagnostics from the Control panel. The keys on the keyboard can be used to access the diagnostics. The diagnostic program provides inclusivity reports on drives and all motherboards. You may find it easier to download reports to your laptop, where you can save reports, print reports on paper, or search for reports.
After determining that the motherboard must be replaced, do not touch any components in the DS200RTBAG3AEB motherboard or drive until all power is disconnected. There is a high voltage current in the driver, and after disconnecting the power supply, you must wait 5 seconds for the current to leave the component. Test circuit boards and other components for current. Do not touch anything until you are sure the current has exited. Some components store current when the board is energized and in use. Waiting after the board is disconnected provides time for the current to dissipate.
