The GE Fanuc IC695CPU315 CPU is an RX3i PacSystems 1.0 Gigahertz Celeron M CPU with 20 MB of user memory. Accessories that can be ordered with the CPU include the IC695ACC302 Intelligent auxiliary battery, the IC693ACC302 ordinary auxiliary battery and the IC690RBT001 rechargeable battery. Only GEIP-approved auxiliary battery packs can be used with CPU modules. In addition to battery backup RAM, the module also includes 20 MB of NVRAM. The IC695CPU315 CPU reserves 32 KB of memory for discrete I/O and 32 KB of memory for analog I/O. Up to 512 blocks are supported, each 128 KB in size. The CPU module supports high-speed serial and RX3i PCU bus. The IC695CPU315 CPU complies with the PCI standard version 2.2. The IC695CPU315 CPU module provides two integrated serial ports.
