Product description
Ge developed the DS200RT8AG3AHC as a high voltage M-frame interface board. Designed for the Mark V board series, the card is accepted by a range of GE exciters and drivers. After installation, media for cross-drive interfaces can be used. The system’s power board (DCFB or SDCI) and Power connection card (PCCA) can be bridged to the SCR on the M-frame driver using this system.
The board can provide the range of applications needed to properly drive the function. The DS200SHVMG1AGE converts a shunt signal of -500 to 500 mV into a differential frequency output of 0 to 500 kHz. The mV to kHz conversion is performed using DC positive and negative shunt, which interact with the VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) circuit on the board. Both the power supply board (DCFB or SDCI) and the power supply connection card (PCCA) receive these frequency conversions and adjust their output as needed. Ac line current includes 10:1 current transformer attenuation to adjust the input current. The user can configure the attenuation of the drive using the <> optional jumpers on board.
