NI’s USB-6341 (Part number: 781438-01, 782254-01, 782251-01, 782250-01) is a versatile data acquisition device tailored for industrial automation. It integrates four 32-bit counters/timers with digital and analog inputs, providing flexibility for a variety of uses from test automation and control to simple data logging.

It can support analog inputs with up to 16 single-ended or 8 differential channels, each with a maximum sampling rate of 500 kSamples/s and a resolution of 16 bits. In addition to the enhanced timing capabilities enabled by NI-STC3 technology, which provides separate analog and digital timing engines for precise measurements, the device also guarantees accuracy through DNL and INL standards.

The two channels of the analog output part have a maximum update rate of 900 k samples per second and a resolution of 16 bits. Its fine control of the output signal, low output impedance and overdrive protection meet the needs of accurate and fast analog output applications.

The 24 channels provided by the USB-6341 for digital I/O can be individually set as input or output. In addition, it features four 32-bit counters/timers that provide metrics such as edge count, pulse width, and orthogonal coding. These counters/timers offer a variety of input routing options and can be synchronized with external signals.
