Emerson R48-1000A communication power supply repair and retrofit manufacturers wide and deep DC screen
The Emerson R48-1000A communication power module is primarily used as a rectifier power module in the NetSure531 A31/CAA Emerson embedded power system.
Routine troubleshooting of Emerson Communication Power R48-1800A rectifier module
1. Rectifier module fault Common faults of the rectifier module are as follows: the green indicator (power indicator) is off, the yellow indicator (protection indicator) is on, the yellow indicator is on, the red indicator (fault indicator) is on, and the red indicator is on.
2. Replace the fan of the rectifier module. If the fan fails to work, replace the fan with a new one.
You can remove the fan and panel as follows:
1) Remove the three screws fixing the front panel from the fixing holes using a Phillips screwdriver, and pull out the front panel.
2) Unplug the power cord of the fan, remove the fan, and replace the fan with a new one;
3) Connect the power cable of the fan to the power socket of the fan, direct the fan to the direction of the label inside the chassis, install the fan, install the front panel, and secure the front panel using three screws
3. Replace the rectifier module
For the rectifier module, do not perform any maintenance work except replacing the fan.
If the rectifier module is faulty, perform the following steps to replace it:
1) Check the new rectifier module to see if there is obvious transportation damage.
2) Loosen the screws fixing the handle of the r48-5800a rectifier module. Hold the handle of the faulty rectifier module and pull the module out of the rack.
3) Try to be careful, exit the work of the module shell surface temperature is still high, pay attention to the module to avoid falling damage.
4) Hold the handle of the new rectifier module, slowly push the module into the cabinet, and ensure that the bao input and output sockets are properly connected to the liang.
5) Light up, fan running.
6) Check whether the new rectifier module works normally. Including: Whether the monitoring module can identify the new rectifier module; Whether to share current with other rectifier modules; When repulled
7) Check whether an alarm is generated on the monitoring module. If all tests are correct, the rectifier module on the replacement works normally.
8) Push the handle into the front panel to secure the rectifier module. Screws securing the handle of the r48-5800a rectifier module.
