Description
The 3500/22M-288055-01 Transient Data Interface (TDI) is the interface software between the 3500 monitoring system and compatible devices (System 1 condition monitoring and diagnosis software and 3500 system configuration software). The tdl combines the capabilities of a 3500/20 rack interface module (RIM) with the data acquisition capabilities of a communications processor such as TDXnet. The TDl is installed in the slot adjacent to the power supply in cabinet 3500. The lt interfaces with M-series monitors (3500]4OM,3500/42M, etc.) to continuously collect steady-state and transient dynamic (waveform) data and pass this data to the host software over an Ethernet link.
Static data capture is standard in TDI. However, enabling the disk with an optional channel will allow TDl to capture dynamic and high-resolution transient data. The TDi integrates communication processor capabilities within 3500 racks. Although TDl provides certain functions common to the entire rack, it is not part of the critical monitoring path and has no impact on the normal operation of the overall monitoring system for automatic mechanical protection. One TDl or RlM is required for every 3,500 racks, always occupying block 1 (next to the power supply).
Collect waveforms for 48 channels. DC-coupled waveform synchronization and asynchronous data sampled during operation mode.
User configurable synchronous waveform sampling rate:
1024 samples/turn twice, 720 samples/turn twice, s512 samples/turn 4 times, 360 samples/turn 4 times. 256 samples /rev for 8 revolutions; 128 samples /rev for 16 revolutions; 64 samples /rev for 32 revolutions; 32 samples /rev for 64 revolutions; 16 samples /rev for 128 revolutions
