3500/25 125792-01 | 125800-01 The Bentley Nevada 3500/25 Series Enhanced Key Phase modules are half-height, dual-channel modules that provide key trust numbers to monitoring modules in the 3500 rack. This module receives the input signal from the eddy current probe or magnetic pickup and converts the signal into a digital Keyphasor signal, indicating when the Keyphasor mark on the shaft coincides with the Keyphasor sensor. The 3500 mechanical protection system can accept up to 4 Keyphasor signals in a normal configuration and up to 8 Keyphasor signals in a paired configuration.
Description
Systems with more than 4 Keyphasor inputs can be configured in pairs.

The module will accept four primary input channels and four alternate input channels, and provide four outputs
Channels (one per module). 3500/25 125792-01 | 125800-01 can also be configured with two pairs and one non-pair (three in total
Keyphasor module). In this configuration, Users can configure a non-paired Keyphasor (order two 2-channel or one 1-channel and one 2-channel option) Isolated Keyphasor I/O module is designed for applications where Keyphasor signals are connected in parallel to multiple devices and need to be isolated from other systems, such as control systems. Isolated I/O modules were created specifically for magnetic sensor applications, but are compatible with Proximitor* applications and are Proximitor* as long as external power is provided
The main purpose of this I/O module is to measure axis speed, not phase. This module can provide phase measurement, but this I/O introduces a slightly higher phase shift than the non-isolated I/O version.
