Functional characteristics
Multi-mode monitoring function: The BENTLY 3500/50-01-00-02 can monitor speed, and can realize set point alarm, speed belt alarm, zero speed notification, rotor acceleration alarm and reverse rotation notification.
Signal processing and delivery: Receives input signals from proximity probes or magnetic sensors to confirm shaft speed, rotor acceleration, or rotor direction, and provides a modulated keyphasor® signal to 3500 rack baseboards.
Peak hold function: The maximum speed, maximum reverse speed or number of reverse rotations achieved by the machine can be stored, and the user can reset it as needed.
High fault tolerance and alarm function: The BENTLY 3500/50-01-00-02 has a high fault tolerance ability to ensure stable operation in complex and harsh industrial environments, and can generate alarm signals in time when the measured value exceeds the preset alarm setting value.
Configurability: It is programmed with 3500 rack configuration software, and users can flexibly configure it according to actual needs.
