The 531X307LTBAFG1 is an EX2000 LAN terminal board developed by GE. The component is used in control equipment and contactors, indicator lights,
Interfaces are provided between devices such as buttons and interlocks.
I/O terminal connection
All I/O terminals require size 28 14 AWG wire.
The 26-core ribbon cable is up to 20 feet long.
Depending on the application, input and output wiring may be extended as needed.
LED indicator
When the power supply is applied to the circuit IN1 to IN8, the LED indicator LED1 to LED8 lights up.
When relays RX1 to RX7 are activated, LED17 and LED23 light up.
531X307LTBAFG1 Input specifications
The following input voltage and current requirements apply to terminals IN1 to IN8:
4-10 mA peak, 24-230 V AC, 60 Hz (G1)
24-250 V DC (G1 and G2) : 4-8 mA 115 230 V AC, 50 Hz (G1) : 4-10 mA peak
The GE 531X307LTBAFG1 LAN (Local Area Network) terminal board was developed for the 531X series. A member of the family is the replacement board, which allows installation in many GE branded drives and exciters. The card is used as an interface system for controlling drives and many external connected devices. Possible external devices include contactors, interlocking devices, and indicators.
After installing this card, you can use the interface system for LAN signals in and out of the drive. The 531X307LTBAKG1 provides 8 configurable control input plugs for the inverter. The integrated card input accepts AC and DC voltages rated between 2 and 240 V. These voltages are then converted into a 24VDC logic signal, which is then sent to the control board. The input plug of the card can send signals through LAN terminals, driver control board and NTB terminals. On board, the card has seven outputs. All outputs on the card contain low voltage and low current type C relay contact connectors.
