Product Description GE Mark V DS200LDCCH1ALA is a Drive Control LAN communication board. The DS200LDCCH1ALA card was created by General Electric as a driver control LAN (Local Area Network) communication board. This card is used to fit the GE Speedtronic Mark V drive board and exciter board. The board is included in the DIRECTO-MATIC 2000 series drive.
The operator interface, LAN connection, driver motor handling and driver reset are all functions given to the host by the board. The module has four onboard microprocessors and is suitable for various interface methods. The S PackageLCP, which includes a LAN control processor (LCP) and a driver control processor (DCP) on a card, can accommodate up to five bus systems, while the DCP provides integrated peripheral I/O, such as timers and decoders. The DS200LDCCH1ALA Motor Control Processor (MCP) and comotor processor are also integrated on the circuit board (CMP). MCP is responsible for motor control circuits and I/O communications. When the processing power of the MCP is insufficient to do difficult math calculations, the CMP will provide the necessary processing power.
FAQ about DS200LDCCH1ALA
What does the DS200LDCCH1ALA MCP software contain?
The MCP is one of the DS200LDCCH1ALA microprocessors for handling control, application and I/O functions. The DS200LDCCH1ALA’s MCP software consists of internal loops, such as current regulators, and motor/technology specific functions, such as DC phase control, AC motion control, and AC general purpose.
Where can DS200LDCCH1ALA handle I/O from?
The DS200LDCCH1ALA can handle I/O from any of five different bus systems. These systems DS200LDCCH1ALA handle I/O including: DLAN+, DLAN, Genius Bus, CPL, and C-bus. For the Genius bus, CPL, and C-bus, the DS200LDCCH1ALA handles I/O through the interface board.
Does the DS200LDCCH1ALA have any stab connectors?
Yes, DS200LDCCH1ALA has a stab connection – COM1. Most applications on the DS200LDCCH1ALA do not require this stab connection, but the DS200LDCCH1ALA uses stab connections for use in high-noise environments when the common reference of the LAN interface board on the DS200LDCCH1ALA needs to be strengthened.
