Product description
The DS200PCCAG5ACB is a Power connection card (PCCA) created by General Electric. GE no longer provides any type of support for the board, and it has become a bit harder to find. AX Control does, however, make every effort to keep the board in stock.
The DS200PCCAG5ACB is designed to act as a middleman between the SCR power bridge and the driver control circuit. It does this using a pulse transformer that feeds the gate driver to the SCR bridge. The board is classified as a high-horsepower PCCA and should be used with a high-HP controller because it eliminates all buffers and places them elsewhere in the system. In addition to having no buffer, the board also eliminates the use of attenuating strings. There are 12 plug connectors on the PCCA, which the PCCA can use to send forward and reverse gate pulse signals to the SCR bridge. It can also communicate with the power board using another plug connector. The power supply board used in this system is DCFB type board. The PCCA also uses Leg reactors and fuses. It uses a separate or common bus transformer.
