As with any GE printed circuit board product available in our extended new and refurbished inventory (Mark V series or not), this DS200SHVMG1AGE product leverages its own set of features to introduce hardware components and component specifications. The board can provide the range of applications needed to properly drive the function. The DS200SHVMG1AGE model can convert a shunt signal between -500 and 500 mV into a differential frequency output between 0 and 500 kHz. The mV to kHz conversion is performed using a DC plus-minus shunt that interacts with the onboard VCO (voltage-controlled oscillator) circuit. Both the power supply board (DCFB or SDCI) and the power supply connection card (PCCA) receive these frequency conversions and adjust their output as needed.
Ac line current includes 10:1 current transformer attenuation to adjust the input current. The user can configure the attenuation of the drive using 17 optional jumpers on board. The DS200SHVMG1AGE interface board is assembled using a variety of styles of Mark V Series connectors to facilitate convenient and voltage-safe interfaces with other Mark V Series PCBS in larger automated driver assemblies. The internal components of the DS200SHVMG1AGE PCB contain CT1PL, CT3PL, DC1PL, DC2PL, 1CPL, SQPL, IA1PL and IA2PL connectors in their components, specifically, each connector is suitable for specific applications and Mark V series products. For example, the 1CPL connector in the DS200SHVMG1AGE product component includes:
