Product description
The IS200JPDHG1AAA model is marketed as a high density power distribution card and is commonly used in the Mark VI series. When the unit is operating, it can send 28 volts of direct current to up to three Ethernet switches as well as 24 Mark VIe I/O groups. If needed, you can buy more JPDH packages and then connect them together to provide more power to the I/O packages. Note that when connecting more JPDH cards together, they must be connected in a Daisy chain arrangement.
The physical components of the board are 29 female pin plug connectors. 29 of them are 6-pin connectors, and the remaining 27 connectors are 2-pin connectors; The 24 connectors are divided into three rows of eight connectors each. The connectors in these rows are labeled JT1 to JT8, JR1 to JR8, and JS1 to JS8. These lines are the feeds that provide the main power to individual I/O packets. The I/O packet circuit will include a temperature coefficient fuse device, which will be used to protect the branch circuit and provide a positive temperature fuse.
The IS200JPDHG1AAA board can be used in many hazardous places. The main locations where this board can be used are ATEX Zone 2 IIC Group, Class I Zone 2 A to D Group, and Class I Zone 2 IIC Group. The board can also be used in non-hazardous places, ULE207685 certification code for use in non-hazardous places.
Install
Wiring Configuration: IS200JPDHG1AAA Voltage Detection and Circuit Breaker Relay wiring: The voltage detection circuit and the necessary circuit breaker relay connections are carefully connected to the I/O terminal designated TB1. This setting helps to reliably and efficiently handle voltage monitoring and system trip activation.
Passive pulse rate pickers: The passive pulse rate pickers are connected to the TB2 and play a key role in sensing the toothed wheels and accurately measuring turbine speed.
Terminals and specifications: I/O terminals: Each terminal (TB1 and TB2) is securely secured using two screws to ensure stability and a stable connection. These modules are designed with 24 terminals and are capable of accepting wires up to #12 AWG for robust and efficient wire connections.
Shielded end bar: The IS200JPDHG1AAA shielded end bar is adjacent to each terminal and firmly connected to the chassis ground, providing an additional layer of protection against potential interference and ensuring signal integrity and system reliability.
This careful wiring configuration, the connection of specific components to specified terminals, and the shielded end strips ensure the safe and orderly installation of the patch boards. This careful installation procedure is essential for optimal function and performance within the turbine system.
