The IS230TCATH1A is the Mark VIe series Core analog (TCAT) terminal board module developed by GE. The Core analog (TCAT) terminal board provides additional I/O terminals for the PCAA module. It manages the signals transmitted to one or three PCAA modules. There are 12 seismic inputs, 12 LVDT inputs, 24 4-20 mA inputs, and 2 magnetic pulse rate inputs. All 24 4-20 mA inputs have their own 24 V DC power supply, half on the TCAT and half on the adjacent JGPA board.

The TCAT output consists of three voting signals ranging from 4 to 20 mA. There are 120 pluggable European box terminals in the field. One group of 48 terminal blocks, one group of 24 terminal blocks, and another group of 48 terminal blocks form a terminal block.
The JGPA board near the TCAT field terminals provides 12 additional 24 V DC outputs (for 4-20 mA devices) as well as shielded wire terminals. The TCAT connector P3 or P4 powers the JGPA, which is the diode or power supply for the connected PCAA module. TCAT
And one or more PCAA modules are connected via a 68-pin connector pair. PR1 and PR2 are connected to RIONet via PCAA. PS1 and PS2
Connect to IONet via PCAA. PT1 and PT2 are connected to TIONet via PCAA.
Each cable connection has an electronic ID provided by TCAT. Cables are always used in pairs, and the PCAA uses electronic ids to ensure that the correct TCAT cables are installed in place.
