The PXIe-4145 is a 4-channel source measurement unit (SMU) ideal for high pin count applications. The high sampling rate of the PXIe-4145 helps to shorten the measurement time, capture the transient characteristics of the device, and enable rapid IV characteristic analysis of the device under test (DUT).
