The TRICONEX 3700A is a high-performance triple modular controller with superior reliability and safety for a wide range of industrial automation and control applications.
The TRICONEX 3700A modular controller exists in software form. It can realize a variety of complex control strategies and has a variety of extended functions, but none of the functions change the basic function of the feedback regulator, that is, to solve the process control problem, 3700A controller performs process control under the control of a fixed program, and can select the predetermined control algorithm and the relevant signals connected by the input and output terminals through the “configuration”. The regulator is connected to the process by multiple input and output signals. The P, 1 and D functions of the analog-digital regulator are independent and can be set separately, without the correlation problem between the simulated regulator parameters, and without considering the interference coefficient problem. The TRICONEX 3700A modulator’s PID parameters can be freely selected over a wider range, which is much larger than the analog regulator, which is very beneficial to improve the quality of the PID regulation system. Modular controllers and three-mode controllers are not common.
