The VE4002S1T2B5 Solid State Relay (SSR) is a contactless switch consisting of a microelectronic circuit, a discrete electronic device and a power electronic power device. It uses the switching characteristics of electronic components (such as switching triode, bidirectional thyristor and other semiconductor devices) to achieve contactless and sparkless switching and disconnecting circuits, so it is also known as “contactless switching”.
The VE4002S1T2B5 solid-state relay is a four-terminal active device, in which two terminals are input control terminals and the other two ends are output controlled terminals. It has the function of amplifying driving and isolating, and is very suitable for driving high-power switching actuator. Compared with electromagnetic relays, solid-state relays have higher reliability, no contact, long life, fast speed, and small interference to the outside world.
The VE4002S1T2B5 solid-state relay consists of three parts: input circuit, isolation (coupling) and output circuit. Its volume and weight are relatively small, and it has the advantages of high reliability and long life. In the power system, the application of solid-state relays is more and more extensive, and has been widely used in various switchgear and automatic control devices.
