VM600 200-510-041-021 200-510-111-021 MPC4 is a high performance mechanical protection card from Vibromett and is a core component of the VM600 series of Mechanical protection systems (MPS). The following is a detailed description of the product:
Product overview
Make and model: Vibro-Meter, model VM600 200-510-041-021 and 200-510-111-021, model number MPC4.
Product Type: Mechanical Protection Card for real-time monitoring and protection of rotating machinery.
Application: Suitable for gas turbine, steam turbine, water turbine, compressor, fan and other key rotating machinery vibration monitoring and protection.
Technical characteristics
Multi-channel monitoring:
Dynamic signal input: Four dynamic signal input channels can be connected to acceleration sensors, speed sensors or displacement sensors.
Tachometer input: 2 tachometer (speed) input channels for monitoring the speed of rotating machinery.
Output channel: Each dynamic channel has 2 processing outputs, each dual channel has 1 processing output, and each speed measurement channel has 1 processed output.
Signal processing and analysis:
Digital Signal processing (DSP) : The use of advanced DSP technology for real-time measurement and monitoring to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Filter and integration: Supports programmable wideband and narrowband filters for integral or differential processing.
Order tracking: Support for order tracking (amplitude and phase) analysis to help users gain insight into the vibration characteristics of the device.
Alarm and Protection:
Programmable alarm: The alarm and hazard setting points are fully programmable, and the alarm time delay, lag and lock, lag and lock can be adjusted based on speed or any external information.
Relay output: Each alarm level has an internal digital output (on the corresponding IOC4T input/output card) that drives the four local relays on the IOC4T card, or the relays on optional relay cards such as RLC16 or IRC4 via the original bus or open collector (OC) bus of the VM600 rack.
Analog output:
Vibration signal output: The processed dynamic (vibration) and speed signals are available at the rear of the rack (on the front panel of the IOC4T) as analog output signals, providing voltage signals (0 to 10 V) and current signals (4 to 20 mA).
Power supply and interface:
Power supply voltage: 24VDC.
Signal input: BNC connector.
Communication interface: RS-485, easy to connect and exchange data with other devices.
