Full point color, clear and easy to read LCD: ensures high visibility of the display, even in direct sunlight in the early morning and late evening. Users can freely access the desired action display from the meter, trend display, bar chart, alert and event display. All parameters can be set through the front panel display.
Feature block Programming: In addition to text programming that is compatible with earlier models, the YS1700-120A02 offers a new GUI-based programming approach known as feature block programming. The optional YSS1000 setup software for the YS1000 series is used to develop user programs.
Large programming capacity: the program capacity of the text program is 1000 steps, and the program capacity of the function block program is 400 modules.
More powerful control and computation: 4-byte floating-point computation in IEEE754 format allows actual values to be used in calculations. There are more than one hundred types of calculation modules, including exponential and logarithmic functions, temperature compensation and pressure compensation.
Function Selection Mode (no programming required) : Multi-function controller mode allows you to select controls from common functions (single loop, cascade, or selector control) without programming. The functional allocation of digital and analog inputs/outputs (DI, DO, AI, and AO) can be determined by parameter Settings.
Scalable I/O: The basic model with scalable I/O has 8 analog inputs, 4 analog outputs, 10 digital inputs, or 10 digital outputs (a total of 14 digital inputs and outputs).
Fail-safe: With dual cpus (one for control and one for display), the YS1700-120A02 enables display and hand action even if either CPU fails. A hard manual circuit independent of the digital circuit allows manual adjustment of the controller output in the event of a failure of the digital circuit, including both cpus. Hard manual circuits are not merged when the /NHM option is specified.
Non-volatile memory for memory backup: No need to use batteries or capacitors for memory backup, easy maintenance.
AC/DC dual power supply, wide operating voltage range, ensuring stability from power supply voltage fluctuations: can be driven by AC (100 V) or DC (24 V) power supply. In addition, the DC power supply can realize the non-polar receiving power supply. If a 220 V AC power supply is used, it must be specified at the time of ordering.
