When there is insufficient or no pressure in the hydraulic system, it is usually due to the following reasons:
1, hydraulic pump: reverse, need to change the direction. If the amount of oil is insufficient, you need to replenish the oil. If the parts are severely worn, the clearance will be serious, and the seal of the pipe joint will not be tight, resulting in oil leakage. At this point, it is necessary to replace or repair the parts and tighten the pipe joints.
2, safety valve: spring deformation or damage, need to be replaced. If the poppet valve and seat do not match closely, they must be replaced or adjusted. The slide valve is fixed in the open position and does not generate pressure, so it must be grounded for flexible movement.
3, if there is oil leakage in the filter press system, it must be repaired and sealed.
4. If the pressure gauge is damaged and there is no pressure ring, the filter press must be replaced immediately for parts replacement.
