The influence of field service conditions on the characteristics of load transducers
Since the weighing sensor is a combination of mechanical mechanics, electricity, chemistry and other disciplines, the use characteristics of various technical processes and symmetrical characteristics of the sensor will have an impact, the following points are mainly the impact of field use conditions on the characteristics of the weighing sensor.
Cangzheng load cell
1. Zero drift of the weighing sensor
The technical index of zero point temperature coefficient is different for weighing sensors with different precision levels. Ambient temperature has different effects on different grades of sensors. The ambient temperature condition of the weighing sensor in the use site is very different from that of the compensation operation and verification operation, and the “temperature drift” of the weighing sensor in the use site is mostly caused by the humidity gradient. Therefore, when the user finds that the temperature drift of the weighing sensor is too large in use, the user should first test whether the temperature of the use environment is relatively constant, and measures should be taken to create a local relatively constant temperature environment around it.

2. Field electromagnetic field interference causes zero point change
If the sudden impact or change of the spatial electromagnetic field in the field is used, the induced potential of an equivalent value is aroused on the bridge network or the signal transmission line, which will cause the output of the load cell to fluctuate. In view of the above use characteristics, the use unit should take measures from the aspects of electricity, ambient temperature, mechanical structure and mechanical operation to reduce or eliminate the impact on the load cell.
3, overload, off-load, lateral force impact and collision caused by the change of zero in use, if the force plane and the supporting base surface is not parallel, the off-load situation will be bad. Partial load or overload will cause a large plastic deformation in a local section of the elastomer, and the zero point will suddenly become larger. If the local stress caused by partial load exceeds the strength limit, it will cause damage to the weighing sensor. The influence of the side force has been considered in the design and installation of the electronic weighing device, and various bearing mechanisms and limiting devices are designed for the side force in use. Abrupt change of zero point caused by lateral force is often accidental.
