The PN wireless communication solution routine between industrial switches directly replaces the wired Ethernet cable
In practical applications, there will be PLC, servo motor, inverter and other equipment in the control cabinet in the workshop to do data interaction with the touch screen at the same time, and these devices are generally data networking through industrial switches. The PC configuration software in the general control room often needs to collect the signals of the touch screen, PLC, frequency converter and other equipment in each part of the workshop, and wireless communication is often needed between industrial switches.
This scheme takes Kingview, Siemens touch screen, two switches and two Siemens S7-200SMART as examples to introduce the implementation process of AD hoc wireless communication of industrial switches under Profinet protocol. In this scheme, DTD418MB PLC wireless communication terminal is used as the hardware equipment to realize wireless communication.
