Under the influence of factors such as construction technology, material, overload and loosening of connecting plate bolts, the tension clamp will be damaged by thermal stress. Overheating of the tension clamp will lead to overheating of lines and equipment, and serious accidents will occur that affect the safe operation of the power grid. It is necessary to monitor the temperature of the tension clamp. We have introduced the temperature measuring device of the transmission line wire to solve the problem of temperature measuring of the tension line and protect the power transmission.

Ii. Function

The temperature measuring device can monitor the working temperature of the tensioning tower joint in real time, effectively prevent the thermal stress damage caused by construction technology, material, overload and other factors, so as to reduce the risk of accidents.

After the host is digitally compressed and coded, the temperature data collected by the temperature sensor is sent to the monitoring center through 4G/5G/WIFI network. Managers can visually view wire temperature data on the screen and set thresholds. Once the temperature exceeds the set value, the alarm can be immediately activated to notify the maintenance personnel to deal with it in time to ensure the stable operation of the transmission line.

The temperature measuring device uses electric field energy collection technology and battery to supply power, which solves the problem of difficult power collection, and ensures the efficient operation of the system and saves energy cost.

The wire temperature data is visually displayed on the screen in the form of figures and charts, and the manager can grasp the working status of the line at any time, which improves the management efficiency.
