XVME-1641 Preparation of tile press:
(1) Before the use of the tile press equipment, it is necessary to check whether the connection is strong, whether the installation bolts and nuts are tightened, and enough lubricating oil should be added to the left and right chassis before the machine can be powered on for test;
(2) First empty car operation carefully observe, there is no vibration, noise, oil window is oil, the movement of each component is coordinated,
(3) everything is normal before the mold can be installed, when installing the mold, you must cut off the power, manually move the motor belt or big gear, C-type steel machine to shift the table, and make the slide seat rise to the highest point, it is best to use an object to support between the table and the bottom of the slide seat, in order to prevent the slide seat natural fall, resulting in accidents
(4)XVME-1641 The mold used by this machine needs an upper die and six lower dies of the same size, install the upper die and a lower die first, the lower die is directly installed on the six-square runner workbench, the upper die is installed on the bottom surface of the slide seat, and the appropriate thickness of the backing plate is placed to ensure that after the upper and lower die is closed, the four peripheral clearance is uniform, and the distance between the upper and lower die is equal to the thickness of the required tile blank.
(5)XVME-1641 The above mold shall prevail, the workbench shall be transposed, the remaining five pay the lower mold shall be installed, and the upper and lower molds can be driven to press tile after all are installed.
