Power amplifier application
Device structure diagram
(3) XVME-401 Add a pulse signal to the anode and cathode of the prepared doped device, so that the device emits light under a very short positive pulse voltage, and then remove the voltage or add a negative pulse. The optical signal emitted by the device is captured by the photomultiplier light, the optical signal is converted into an electrical signal, amplified by the power amplifier, and then the electrical signal is displayed by the oscilloscope. Cycle 2.5ms, duty cycle 0.4%, pulse width 10μs, positive pulse 12V, negative pulse -7V. The electrotransient spectra of the fluorescent devices with MADN.NPB as the main doped DPAVBi with similar efficiency are compared.
Experimental results:

XVME-401 It can be concluded that the residual glow observed in the host-guest devices under pulse voltage excitation is not TTA delayed fluorescence.
Experimental conclusions:
To sum up, XVME-401 TTA upconversion is not obvious in MADN as the main device, and it hardly contributes to the improvement of EQE. To some extent, it can be shown that the method of improving the efficiency of blue fluorescent OLED devices by using the up-conversion energy transfer of the main TTA can not achieve significant results.
The ATA-2041 power amplifier has a maximum output of 400Vp-p (±200Vp) high voltage and can drive high-voltage loads. Voltage gain numerical control can be adjusted, one key to save the common Settings, providing a convenient and simple choice of operation, can be used with the mainstream signal generator.
